There are a few things it could be. Scabies, contact dermatitis, HPV, herpes... just to name some of them. There's no reason NOT to go to the doctor, being embarassed now is NOTHING how you could be embarassed if you let it get worse and than have to explain why you waited so long. Why would you take a chance like that with your penis? You only get the one penis in your lifetime, and you want to keep it in good health. Go see your doctor.
Take care.

it could be warts and they can be treated with antibiotics.
but if you dont go soon you cant have sex any more cos you will give them wart or spots to your partner or whoever you are sharing sexual intercoure with.
hope it all goes well x x x

hmm... Only time I've had that was when I went swimming in the sea and got tiny fragments of shells caught up in that netting they put on the inside. All I can suggest is wait, if in 3 days it's not gone down go to a doctor immediately. Sexual Health clinics are fine. They're always confidential (by law) and nobody in the waiting room says anything because they're all equally embarrassed. You've just got to take a deep breath and go.
