After he returned he found my mp3 player in his car and I had to convince him nothing happened. But now she has fell out with me, and I can't keep the secret any more and can't stand the guilt, also my falling out with her has given me motivation to tell him. I don't know what to do, help!

What you did was a horrible thing to do, but I think that you should tell him. His wife was not an innocent victim in this. She consented. You are both guilty.
