what are you singles doing on valentines day/night?

i used to hate valentines day when i was single, but now i am kind of excited, as i keep thinking there will surly be nice single guys out in the evening to have some fun with. will you singles embrace the chance to have some fun on valentines day or stay at home with a tub of chocolate icecream and a dvd?

i think going out and having a fab girly night is a great idea for V -day, as you can say stick it to the ex's and enjoy yourself. you never know you may meet someone new and exciting.

i'm looking forward to valentines day. a little romance is never a bad thing. i think sometimes romance lacks in todays society. like that guy said "not many guys give a crap about V-day" that to me says it all. sad really. but then i guess us girls are just more emotional and into romance then men, as they just want to get a leg over.lol.

Ed1337 agony auntThe last two weeks have been a nightmare as i've recently become single, you can't watch TV, surf the internet or listen to the radio without being reminded of Valentines day.

I'll be going down the pub tomorrow night and not even thinking about Valentines day, which is easier said than done because its shoved in your face everywhere you look. I'm hoping the pubs will be full of single people, as most couples should be having a meal somewhere romantic (vomits).

Just hope my ex doesn't wish me happy valentines day after running back to her ex, cos that would really annoy me.

I don't know many guys who give a crap about V day to be honest unless they've girlfriends of course. In my experience though, V day is just another night out, except there are a lot more roses and pink heart shaped balloons around the place.

I'll be doing the exact same thing I did last weekend go out and have a laugh.

Girl's seem to take this a bit seriously though, like it's the only day of the year they should feel inadequate for being single or something. I mean you might aswell feel inadequate for not being born a vampire at halloween.

There are always "nice single guys" out, V day will be no different. But if by "nice single guy" you mean desperate, then yeah, there will be more of them.
