 Agreed with "DanceInTheDark" - extremely unlikely. Sperm is not going to jump-up your vagina (from any distance) as if like a swarm of fire ants on your ankle. Well, that happens in Texas if you step on a fire ant mound. And you should understand that pregnancy is very unlikely much of the time except near ovulation, especially due to a hand-or-blow job, e.g., but we certainly applaud and understand your fairly extreme caution.
