aunt honesty agony auntLots of young girls have irregular periods it is not all that uncommon. But if you are worrying about it all the time well then that also makes your period late. Also if you are stressed out about something or your body is run down it can also cause your period to be late. Talk to an adult that you can trust so that they can reassure you that it is normal. If you are close to your mother she would be the best person to talk to about this as she can share her experience with you as well and she may have had the same problems when she is younger.

if you are worried you can make your period even later. Stress will do that.

ask mom or dad to schedule your first GYN appointment so you can discuss it with the doctor.
