you know, just when you you had it bad, you meet a person who had it worse. i had my first child when i was 19 and right before i could turn 20, i had my second child [i have irish twins, 10 months apart]. and let me say that you dont have to be scared because once your baby is born its almost like you transform into a supermom. every one that really loves you will stay around but you are gonna suffer from the loss of friends and even family.
but anyway, with both pregnancies, my morning sickness varied. with my oldest daughter, i had morning sickness for only the first 3 months.with my youngest daughter i had morning sickness all the way until i was 7 months. there really is no exact amount of time and yes it does suck! so sorry for you.

Ginger works great. You can take it capsules. They even give it to cancer patients it's so effective at treating nausea. The gym, as long as you're not going crazy, you can go running or something. You're not going to jog the baby out.

Might continue throughout. Ginger works, even ginger beer - no alcohol. Stop the gym and try gentle exercise - specialist yoga perhaps, but be careful. Best wishes!

Some have morning sickness all 9 months, some only a few months/week and some none at all.
If you ARE pregnant you NEED to see a doctor, the baby and you should have prenatal care.
