I noticed I hadn't bled much, and now I'm not bleeding at all. I was having scares that I might of been pregnant (but I took a test 3 days ago and it came back negative, even though it could only been like 60% correct then) and now I'm wondering if I was just spotting this morning because of implantation, or if the nuvaring stops your period right away. I read the leaflet and can't find anything about it. Does anyone know anything about this? Please no criticism, I don't need people saying I'm too young, my parents know I'm sexually active I just wanted to see what you guys had to say first! Thanks

Hi
Well it dont normally stop straight away like that . So I would suggest going back to the Dr's and asking them to do another pregnacey test, as theirs will be more accurate. Of course everyone has different side effects too with different drugs, so it could very well be that you have had a different reaction than most, and will be nothing to worry about. If this is the case the Dr may well prescribe a different form of birth control. But you really should go back to your Dr about this hun.
I hope this has helped x
