My husband has been giving me anal sex for years, and I absolutely love it, and not once have I ever done an enema.
Just use common sense. If you're "full" then there may be a little bit of mess. So, don't be full when you do anal.

NO, no need to use an enema! She needs to take BM and then a shower and wash herself. You need to read up on the matter and work with her to loosen her anus with your fingers (this may take many sessions, and will NOT be something that happens in 5 or 10 mins.)
