 You probably find this guy desirable because he doesn't want a relationship with you. You have trouble with commitment, and so that fear will not be threatened by a guy who doesn't want to date you.
I think you shouldmove on and deal with your fears. He said he doesn't want to date you. Leave it at that and move on.
