And he freaked out, and said he needed time. which I understand it was quite a shock to me as well. Anyway, there is this other guy 'Joe' who really really likes me, and wants to date me. I like both of them. I love Bob. I had fallen for him. I like Joe alot, he is sweet and treats me amazing. should I wait for Bob to come around, and maybe have a chance to be with him, or forget about him, and move on and be with Joe.

 Erm, what about your chlamydia?? Have you gotten the green light from the doctor it's ok to have sex? You really don't want to infect Bob (if you haven't already) or Joe.
Let's be honest, I highly doubt Bob is going to come back to you. Unless he gave it to you, having a STD is quite a turn-off.
Joe sounds ideal, but you need to take care of your chlamydia first before getting with anyone else.
