It's difficult knowing exactly when that first kiss should happen but I have to admit, two months seems a long time!
Have you ever wondered if this guy is thinking exactly the same as you? You say you love him and he loves you too so why not tall to him about it rather than carry on worrying?
There could be any number of reasons for his reluctance to kiss you but on the face of it, I'd say he's probably a little shy and inexperienced. If that's the case, he's almost certainly worried that's he's going to try to kiss you and get it horribly wrong!
Sit him down and raise the subject in a light hearted way rather than making this a hugely serious conversation.
As for kissing him when YOU feel the time is right, it may not be such a good idea until youve talked things through.
