Should I try to act cool? Go into hiding? Or tell my Gym Trainer about the major crush I have - for him?

A female United States age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I'm having this MAJOR problem and no this is NOT a high school crush.

I have this MAJOR crush on a gym trainer and for the sake of this- we'll call him X. He has the coolest personality ever,a little older than myself, always says hello to me (never told him how I felt for fear he might already be with someone).

We can joke around and this is totally serious but I get lost in his blue eyes.

Sounds like high school but seriously definitely have a huge crush and have trouble concealing it. I actually try to avoid him - so as not to get him in trouble and again don't know if he's with someone.

He always says hello and that smile......dangit! HELP SOS!
