 its either that or live in regret wishing that you did. If you wantto get with her do something really romantic, get her alone and tell her. If it doesnt work then dont worry about it, your still young and more will happen so smile! Keep busy to take your mind off her if that helps

 Ask her out you can't shoot down a relationship that hasn't even started. If we all did that we would be very lonely. Stop thinking about the negatives and think about the positives to this relationship.
