Seriously i dont think thats a good idea, if you told your friends or if anyone found out that you dated/hooked up with your cousin, that wouldnt really go very well. you are still sort of young and maybe that physically attraction will go away when you find someone else you're attracted to, so further down the line this could be something you can sit and joke about later on that you had a crush on your cousin when you were younger

Just remember, there are other girls - at school, etc. I know you said you have liked her since you were 10, but you should also consider that there are other girls too.
Keep that in mind, especially if your family would consider you dating her a big deal, you know?
