No it wont scare her. Talk about what happened with your past relationships(not going into any details about the girls of course, but letting her know how you felt at the time and what happened). She will most likely want to know how your feeling. Talking about your feelings is a very important thing in a relationship. You have no reason to hide what your feeling.
