He moved to me a year into our relationship. I was still seventeen at that time.We lived together for a year and again, we recently broke up.Well, I think I may be pregnant, but he's moved back home to Florida to take care of his mother who has since become ill.My question is, if I am pregnant, should I tell him?

you should tell him as it is his child he needs to know
after you tell him you and him can make the decsions of what to do
its his baby after all
so he has right to
you both have rights

Then you should definitely tell him, for the reasons stated. I wish you and your family all luck.

Yes. As a father (assuming he is the father), he has a parental obligation to your child. He deserves to know that.Unplanned pregnancy is a strain for all involved. Every child deserves to be welcomed and loved. Through foolish and risky behavior, you have cheated your child of that chance. Don't deprive the baby of a father as well. You and he should have a serious conversation about how to best provide a loving, stable home for your new addition.Best wishes and congratulations.
