My friend told me I have little competition)I would never want to hurt their relationship because thats cruel.Should I talk to him even though he has a girlfriend or would it be wrong for me to do that?

Yes it would be wrong to try and steal him away from his girlfriend.
This is the time of life where you figure out what kind of woman you want to be.
You can go around playing games and hurting people and trying to ruin people's relationships, or you can be decent and honourable and hold your head up high.
I try and believe in Karma, so you might want to consider that.
Give this couple some space and they will probably split up in a little while on their own. They are only young so hardly likely to be together for life. After that you can make your move.
