I had Unprotected sex on the 4th of this month and used the pull out method I'm not sure if any semen got inside of me but about a week later I started having really bad nausea mostly during the night time and my acid reflux was 10 times worse then what it is I am now experiencing a bad break out of tiny bumps all on my hands, face, arms and legs the ones on my hands itch like crazy I've had cramping off and on but no spotting or bleeding but I did think Af was coming due to the period like pains it has now been two weeks or will be two weeks tomorrow. I now have itchy breast and sore/tender to touch nipples so it could be Pms but I was wondering could I should I take a pregnancy test now and get an accurate result? or do I wait another week to see if AF would show up?? Any advice will be appreciated TIA!

You can check the instructions on the pregnancy test box at the store, but I'm pretty sure even the best pregnancy test can't give you reliable results until 5 days before you expect to miss your period. (So if you usually get your period around the 15th of every month, you couldn't get a good test result until the 10th or 11th...basically.) I am not sure but I think pregnancy symptoms don't start as early as week after conception. I think it takes a little longer. Definitely read the instructions on the pregnancy test before you waste a test by taking it too early.
