We make jokes, poke fun at each other, etc. We talk a lot on Facebook; we've spent the last couple of days talking about completely random things. We share a lot of the same interests; sports, tv shows, music, etc. She is single. I want to ask her out (as in to hang out, but I do want to date her), but I'm not sure if I should wait a little bit longer or not. Should I ask her now and risk looking really forward, or should I wait and risk losing her to someone else? Any advice would be great. Thanks!Solar

I think I'll try that. She's not much of a movie lover, but we both are avid Braves fans, so I think I'll try asking her if she wants to go with me to their game. :)

It seems that you two have a lot in common. You should test the waters and ask her to go some where as friends, but don't say "we will go as friends".Say something like, hey I really want to see that new movie, you want to go with me? You two go, have a great time, hang out in mall bit, thank her for going and if you think things are going well, very casually give her a hug. Nothing slow or hand roving, just a "thanks for comming with me hug". That's it. Talk to her again that night on Face Book and you have planted a seed. Hopefully one that will grow into a relationship.
