Anyways if this boy is her boyfriend then leave him alone because you dont want to be getting involved, if she has told you how she feels about him and she is maybe hoping for more then again i would suggest you just stay away from him and wait and see what happens there first.
If they are just friends and nothing more then there is no reason for you to hide it and maybe tell her that you like him.
Lastly, you are very young so please dont start getting involved in phone sex or any kind of sex because this will only lead to trouble at your age.
do the teen thing of having a kiss and a cuddle and anything else but you are too young for anything more.
only start getting into things like this when you are in a serious relationship with someone you trust because otherwise it will all end in heartbreak and tears and you might end up losing not only your friend but also your respect.
