Well for starters a partner should always have time for you when you cry over a lost loved one, that was very selfish of him. Talk to him and let him know your thinking of leaving because of how bad things have got. Money problems always puts unwanted stress on any relationship, but you can't blame it all on that! So talk to him after 4 years that shouldnt be so hard, if once again he shows hes not bothered or carrys on then maybe then its time to move on.
