I don't know whether to give her her space and let her deal with it or keep trying to prove that i can be there for her. She says she doesn't want me to get hurt and that shes breaking up with me cause in the near future she wont be available at times. Like she'll be extremely busy and wont be there for me. Should i keep trying or just...go...?

Tell her, and this has to be from the heart, but tell her that you could deal with her being busy. That you don't want to lose her, even with personal issues, that it's always better to go at problems with someone, then alone. If she says no, then say goodbye and go your seperate ways.
Badgering her on and on only pushes her away. She might need to hear that this is it, if she says no she is losing you. She wants to break up anyways, so if you care for her, offer yourself that one last time, and then leave her alone. If she contacts you back, then its up to you.
