Question - (21 November 2010) 1 Answers - (Newest, 21 November 2010)
A female Thailand age 41-50, anonymous writes:

I were with my boyfriend for 4 years and we broke up 2 months ago, he gave me reasons of break up were he wants to be alone and we have communication gap, after break up I beged him a lot about 1.5 months and tried to talk with him to clear but he said only that he made decision already and will not change his mind,

as i have knew him, he has been alone for long time and he told me once when we were in begining as he cannot change anything in his life and he never had long relationship with any girls, most was 6 months and he prefer to be alone, then I tried to learn him more and I can accept what he is, before we broke up we talked about marriage and planed to buy home and after break up every dreams gone, i feel like to be left alone in half way and i lost my way, I still love him and want to take care of him that is my happiness.

I no contact with him for 2 weeks and then contacted him again to just ask how he is, we talked normal and i asked him if he has new one just tell me but he said he doesn't have new one and still prefer to be alone, that's really happiness for him.

so what i sould do move on, no contact him some time, or keep contact to him until he doesnt' want to be alone anymore??

A female reader, CindyCares Italy +, writes (21 November 2010):

CindyCares agony aunt Move on. He told you in no uncertain terms that he wants to be alone, and that this is happiness for him.

If he should change his mind, it will be his own idea, not because you keep contacting him and insisting for what he can't give you.

If he changes his mind, he will let you know. But I would not count on that, and I'd try hard to get on with my life.
