He is so jealous of me when I was talking to an old friend guy about a lady who had surgery, he wouldn't take the time to listen to me when i was trying to tell him what we were talking about it. He just went ballistic on me! It's killing me trying to get him to see how much i love him but he don't trust me. I just don't know what to do!

 Yes, leave. There are a lot of couples that don't argue everyday. Jealousy is a poison that does more damage with time.
You are very young and should take the time during your youth to get your education, serve your community, and explore the land outside of your hometown.
