But i don't want to over do it. so shall i cut back on any of it? because i don't want to scare her. Please answer my question i want peoples opinions and advice. thanks

If you wait until Valentines Day, another guy might also ask her out (after all, it is the day when people do that kind of thing, especially at 16). I am sure she would want to go out with you anyway, as you sound like a great guy, but dont comprimise it if you dont have to. She sounds like she wants to go out with you as much as you do her, so just go for it NOW. Dont put it off or get cold feet, and dont do it by text message either. Get her alone and ask her face to face. The spoil her rotten on Valentines day with card, roses and chocolates. Take it from a guy who was your age only 5 years ago, GO FOR IT, and go for it right now!

I think it sounds like a great idea, all of it, just as it is.
But from what you've described here, she'd probably be interested in going out with you much sooner than Valentine's Day, so why not ask her out sooner, rather than waiting another 5 or 6 weeks?
Good luck! You sound like you have a romantic streak a mile wide, and girls just love that...

The valentines day idea is really great and i think she would love it. Go for it
