Sometimes he talks to me as a friend and some times as there is a relationship between us. I speak to him politely and i don't mention the problems between us. It doesn't bother me to talk him when he calls but i don't know if it's good to accept to go out with him if he proposes that to me. I try to get over my feelings for him but always i think if there is a possibility that he will change and the problems could be get over. I think to arrange to go out with him if he proposes that to me when i can and see if he can do anything for me. Is it good idea or i shouldn't accept to go out with him at all?

You do not have the power to change people. They are who they are! The signs you are seeing now are the real person. And if you are not 100% comfortable with the person, move on!
Good Luck!
