to tell you the truth i don't think you should go for it because at the age of 16 he wanna have a girlfreind nearly his age. sorry, but that is what i think.
5 years isn't a big difference but i think you have to wait a little longer( if you say you love him).

If you like him you should go for it but dont let him pressure you into anything you are not ready for. And listen to other peoples opinions. They are usually right!

Your far too young to be thinking about being in love expecially with someone that much older than you. My advice to you is to concentrate on building your relationships with your friends and not chase a boy 5 years older than you. If he is 16, he would probably want to be around people his own age. Its alright to have a crush just dont do anything about you could end up getting hurt
