We talk every day, she told me she loved me and she wants to be with me etc. I dont know if she really means that or if she is just playing with me.  2 weeks seems a little fast for her to be telling you she loves you. Especially without even meeting. I suggest talking on the phone first, and then just proceeding slowly. If you can confirm she is who you think she is, then maybe suggest meeting somewhere in-between over the summer (Texas, possibly).
But again, 2 weeks seems really fast. Use caution...
