Should I give up or keep fighting for her?

Question - (1 July 2010) 1 Answers - (Newest, 1 July 2010)
A male United States age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I've been with my girlfriend almost 3 years now and she been changing for the worst over the past 20 months. Where she used to be calm and self-assured, she is now insecure and self-loathing. She's become stand-offish and blames or lashed out at me verbally whenever things don't go the way she wants, taking out her frustrations with life and her self- esteem issues on me. I'm in love with her and don't want to leave her, but she's constantly pushing me away then apologizing hours later, or making me promises and getting mad at me for expecting her to keep them. is there any advise you can give me to help her become more like she was when we first met?

A female reader, sexi suga United Kingdom +, writes (1 July 2010):

well have you have given her a reason to become insecure as from experience i have found that a person only becomes insecure if they are made to feel that like that. do u believe you give her the attension she wnts from you coz this also may be a way in which gets your attention??

also advice her what she is doing and that you love her but feel that she is pushing you away, if you dont tell her she will keep doing this eventually ending in a split.
