Wait until you're sure. It's not so much about your virginity that should be shed in a special way but more like, you should save sex in general, not only with your first gf but with anyone, especially when you're that young, for someone special. Sex is such a wonderful bonding experience and your first taste of it should reflect all of its good qualities -- not just the physical side (because the physical isn't so good the first time around for most people) but also the emotional side. Many people regret losing their Vs in a careless way.

 If you're having doubts, wait. When I was 13-15, I saw virginity as a curse to be dispensed with as quickly as possible. Later I regretted throwing it away. And I definitely regretted how I threw it away.
Wait until you're sure. If that makes her angry, then she's not the right one for you.
