The first thing I said to my coworker (and one of my best friends) upon seeing her was that she was the cutest girl I've ever seen. We (the new girl and myself) talk occasionally, flirt a little, unfortunately I don't get much time to spend with her at work--and haven't spent anytime outside of work together whatsoever. Now here I am, 1 in the morning, and can't stop thinking about her. I was thinking about going in tomorrow on my day off, when she is working, simply to give her my number. She is 17, I am 20--but I've never had a girl fill my mind like this, and I've had a few relationships. Would this be a terrible idea?Oh, the company has no qualms with employees dating as long as it doesn't interfer with work.

Yeah, you should go for it! What have you got to lose? I think most girls get flattered if they know guys are interested in them. And if for some reason she isn't interested, you can always say you meant so that you can do things as friends. :P
