You should send him a text message. He probably has a few numbers; and doesn't recall which one you are. It's likely you'll run into each other at the club again.
Don't send him pics if he asks. Let him check your Facebook profile pic, if he needs one. If he doesn't remember, remind him of what you were wearing. He might have met more than one girl that night. It has lapsed 4 days! If he had a few drinks, he may not even remember he got the number. Be that the case; he wasn't that interested. He's a knucklehead if he forgot to contact a pretty girl!

 You could shot him a text suggestion a time and a date (met in public, so you can avoid it being some sort of booty call) -see what he says..
I see no reason why you should sit around and wait for his move.
