 Everyone has a different view on flirting some find it wrong and don't like their gf/bf doing it, some find it harmless and just abit of a laugh.
You need to think about if it was the other way round how would you feel if it was your boyfriend flirting with other girls, if you wouldn't like it don't do it yourself.

If you think that you need to keep flirting behind your boyfriend's back, then it sounds like you think it's wrong. So to me, it seems like you think you should not be doing it. If it were an okay thing to do, then why would you feel the need to hide it?
Try to think of it this way, how would you feel if you knew that he was flirting with other girls? I think you already know how you feel about this. And I think you know how your boyfriend would feel about this, too.
But on the other hand, some people view flirting as being nothing... It all depends on the couple and many times how comfortable they are with each other and if they have trust in one another (which stems from being honest in the relationship).
Every couple is different, but like I said - it sounds like you think it's wrong to do this, so you probably shouldn't be doing it...
