I really like but unfortunately I gotta admit he's not that into me , at least that's what I feel , although he had said to me before he enjoys the friendship we both have .We've being long distance so that's why I don't give it too hopes up, but....I would really like to congrat him , but Idk if wait until he tells me about it, or shoot him an email. What should be more appropiate for me to do?Even if we are not intimate cuz long distance we do care about each other, at least he had showed that to me before and like to share thoughts and what's with him along.

You could ask about it but personally i would wait till he tells me just to get my facts straight. Secondly just to maked him think that i'm not stalking him lol i like to make the guy chase me and if i hear sompin about him i'll wait till he tells me lol just to make him more interested. not saying it works with all guys.but it does for some

I'd wait until he tells you. It's always wiser to not assume things in advance. Ask anyone who has ever inquired about a spouse on meeting an old friend after a few years...
Chances are that everything has proceeded as you know it has, but if it hasn't because some last minute decision has changed things, you would feel awkward and also have a lot of back-peddling to do. Better to wait and Congratulate him after he tells you.
Cheers!
