The problems themselves are not really important but my problem comes in here. The things that my boyfriend has asked of me, are the same things that he's applied to himself... IE. He's placed these demands on himself too. But I keep telling him over and over that I don't need him to do these things.I'm doing this in the hope that maybe I'll come across as the better person, and he'll realise that he's not being fair... But do you think that I'm just acting like a doormat, letting him get away with demanding all this of me?Thanks for your time. Reply to this Question Share |

Hi,
You shouldnt be doing anything u dont want to or allowing him place demands on you that u dont feel comfortable doing. You just have to tell him u cant. I know that it is difficult to refuse someone stuff if u love them but believe me u feel even worse if u dont. Just make it clear to him. it is part of the "getting to know" stage now and i'm sure in no time he will stop demanding certain things knowing u and realising u wont do them.
All the best.
