Should I call him?

Okay, so I met this guy (let's call him Seth) this summer. We met in this out of town class that I went to. It lasted an entire week, so we saw each other a lot. I would frequently catch Seth looking at me instead of paying attention to the lessons. Whenever I caught him he would quickly look away and act like nothing happened. We grew quite close during the week, and I began to like him. During one of the lessons the guy speaking said something along the lines of 'now think of something beautiful' and Seth and I looked up at each other. One flaw to this situation, though. Seth is way older than me. I have his cell phone number, what should I do?
