My bf has become quite distance lately, he only holds my hand if I grab it first and mostly only says I love you if I say it first. Should I be worried or is he just too comfortable?

AuntLola agony auntokay, so i understand your worry. But surely this is nothing to worry about. But if its bothering you that much, just dont grab his hand and don't say you love him. If he says it to you because he is getting worried then great, you know he is just comfortable. On the downside, if he doesnt notice, and doesnt seem to care that may be a concern, take my advice and come back and tell me how it goes.

You are worrying too much. You sound like you do not have much confidence in yourself, and unless you get reassurance now and then, you drive yourself crazy with thoughts that he no longer loves you. Try subtly reminding him that you need a hug now and then. Ask him.

Or, if that doesn't work, start ignoring him and let him miss your attention.

Olivia(Y). agony auntThis might just be the way your boyfiend is. Not all boys are confident with making the first move.

It sounds like he really likes you and is scared what you might think if he says "i love you" first or holds your hand, don't ask why boys are just funny like that. Just make him feel relaxed when hes with you and make sure you let him know that you love him and he means the world to you.

Hope this helped

Olivia.
