He is now at home trying to recover. I have sent him several texts messages after that and he has not replied to them. Should I be worried? I called and left a message on his voicemail telling me that I was sorry for all the text messages but I just wanted to respond to my text. Should I be concerned if he does not get in touch with me?

Hello,
I have expereinced something like that. My guy had to rush a family memeber to the hospital one day and I didn't know. So I blew up his cell, leaving not so nice messages. It went on for days. I was even thinking of breaking up!
Maybe a week or so latter, he finaly called. He was upset with me for not being patient and understanding. His family memeber was very ill and he was just supporting his family.
Then again I felt he was wrong for not keeping in touch and updating me on his stitution.
So, I think you should be alittle patient, I know it's hard. Your guy is not feeling well, just give him sometime to re-cope. But if it goes on for months, then you know what to do.
Good Luck!
