The last dinner we had, it was on me so I am assuming she wants to equalize the treats. Not really in for a dinner after what happened and the fact that she is trying to "close" all the accounts kind of hurts me... What do you think I should do? Should I just stick with the coffee? She's taken, which means this is bad news. Thank her for the invite, tell her you can't accept and run a mile away.

She might feel bad for you paying for a meal and her not paying for anything, or she might be toying with you because she enjoys the attention. Either way, I wouldn't go with her anywhere. It can't go anywhere. I'd just leave it and move on.

what sort of weird game is she playing? I agree with older sister, thank her for the invitations, wish her all the best for the future and walk.
