 I agree with CaringGuy. Unless she's had a massive change of heart since last time then she'll probably say no again. Best thing would be to move on and forget about it.

 yeah your probably going to get shot down again and it might ruin your relationship. also other people will tell you that woman catorgize me your in the friend catagory and you really dont get switched out.not worth it.
