She's coming over for a visit soon and I don't know what to feel. They have met a few times but I want to broach the subject of if they have slept together. They are very close and share inside jokes.Should I ask or leave it be? I do want to know but will it change things if I ask?

My guess is, you'll feel uncomfortable about their friendship whether they've slept together or not. Most friends are close, and all friends have inside jokes.
It's more important how he treats YOU when she's around.
Try to get along with her. Her visit will go easier on you if you did.

You are in a relationship with this guy. It's your right to ask the question. after all if he has then he may pick it up again and you need to be sure that you aren't being used.
If it's all innocent then go with them on their outtings.
