Well, just because she's popular, doesn't mean you have to date her. If she turned you down once, that means she doesn't like you so you gotta deal with that and try to move on. If you really do like the other girl, go for it! Ask her out:)

WELL boy all i can say from experince on a guy doin that to me and i turned him down well get one of ur friends to go talk with her (he has to be friends with her too) and find out information on her see how she really feels and if thats not an answer then go ask the girl out in ur level and see how the popular girl works
