Hi there,
Nahhhh, you don't need to fill every moment with business! Sometimes it's nice to just have time to yourself, to do you own thing whether that be writing, listening to music, taking a walk, hanging out with your friends, whatever you want. It is important that you don't waste ALL of your time, definitely fill some time with things like lessons, clubs, classes, volunteer work, but you deserve some time to yourself.
Why not try to make a schedule with your parents... "listen Mom, Dad. I'm going to fill up my time, but I'm going to chill out from 4-5 every day and Sundays". Something like that so that your down time is truly YOUR down time.
Good luck!
