She may want to mention this to her Ob/Gyn as it could be an infection. Yeast infections are easier to get while pregnant for some women.

Since the person who asked the question is male, I'm guessing he's not the one who's pregnant.
I'm going to guess that he's either asking on behalf of his partner, or he's suspecting that his female partner is cheating on him and the "fluid" is semen.
I want to assure the OP that it is 100% normal for a pregnant woman to have vaginal discharge. It's 100% normal for ANY woman to have vaginal discharge because ALL women have some form of vaginal discharge. The vagina has to clean itself, and that's how it does it.

Hi there. Just so long as that discharge doesn't change to a pinkish colour or to red or even brown - which could indicate bleeding - otherwise if it stays white or even cream in colour, it's probably quite normal.
So whenever you go to the toilet, check what colour the discharge is - and watch for any colour change, if there is any.
And also observe the quantity of fluid - there may be more on some days and less on other days. It could change, and that is normal also.
When you are pregnant, all normal fluids coming from the vagina, do not stop entirely.
The vagina is continuously self cleansing, and so there will almost certainly always be some kind of fluid that will flow out through the day.
And as well as the colour of the fluid to observe, just so long as there is no strong odour to it at all, and there is no pain or discomfort associated with it, and no itching either, well then it is probably all pretty normal overall.
Should anything change, and you see it as NOT normal for you, well then go and see your doctor just to make sure everything is okay.
Don't go lifting anything too heavy or pushing anything that is very heavy, because you don't want to put any strain on those fragile and changing abdominal muscles, which could cause possible detaching of the placenta.
And if you are a person who goes to exercise classes or to a gym, be very careful with exercises where you use those abdominal muscles in stretching backwards.
Nevertheless, a gym instructor would warn you of all those risks in any case, so there would be no real problem there.
And of course, your own doctor would warn you of what you can do and what you can't do, as well.
So generally speaking, if you are healthy and well and have a normal amount of energy and are sleeping well at night, as well as eating a balanced diet, you are probably pretty healthy otherwise.
If there was anything wrong, there would be other symptoms as well - like fever, or some kind of abdominal pain.
And I know I don't need to say this, but you should also now be regularly visiting an obstetrician gynocologist, to make sure everything is okay with both your and your baby.
If you are not seeing an OBGYN just yet, well then you need to find a good one in your local area, who will look after you during your pregnancy.
If you haven't done so yet, you need to do this ASAP, to ensure no problems arise in future.
Your family doctor will recommend someone good for you.
You will need a referral to go there.
At first you will be visiting your OBGYN once a month, and then it will be once a fortnight, then weekly towards the end.
It is very important to see an OBGYN, as they are specialists in the field of women's problems and pregnancy and childbirth.
If you haven't organised this yet, please DO NOT delay it one day longer.
I wish you well.
