Go and speak to him. I'm just over 6 feet, and my girlfriend is about your height. So though the height isn't as big, I still noticed her. If you speak to this guy, he will notice you. Then you can try to get to know him. You could be any height and it would make little difference. The key is talking to him.

LOL girl, I'm 5'6..you are not much shorter than an average girl. lol there's nothing to worry about! be yourself and blah blah blah! try something cute, like, have him "accidentally" catch you reaching up to pet his hair. lol sounds creepy? you'd be surprised what really attracys a guy
