My girlfriend was really depressed and she was telling me how her life was all messed up and how her mum was making her feel miserable. at the end of it she said i love you don't you forget it. and then when i asked her if she's scared to lose me she said she wasn't scared of losing me. Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

In others words she's telling you that she really trusts you especially when she said I love you DON'T YOU FORGET IT.. She's insisting on that she loves you and trusts you and expects you to do the same:)
