writes:Hi ladies. Just got a quick question here. I went on a couple dates with a woman almost a year ago and still see her around often. We basically have only said hi to each other and keep moving when we see each other. She dumped me by the way. Anyway, for the past month or so I catch her looking at me and when I'm fairly close and catch her looking she turns quick and if she is far I can see her staring. She has also had a cold look on her face when she walks by and other times a big smile and a loud hello. I got sick of this behavior so I ignored her last time we saw each other and just walked by her. Why the bipolar behavior towards me and why the staring? I haven't seen her since I ignored her but is she liking me again. Could any of the ladies out there tell me why she is acting this way. I always figured you stare if interested so is it possible she is staring for other reasons. This bipolar crap is annoying but I gotta admit I still like her. What's her deal? Reply to this Question

 Usually when you catch someone staring at you then yes it could mean that she does like you. But to me it sounds like she is playing mind games with you for some reason. Maybe she gets a kick from messing with peoples heads and she just thinks its a big game. But obviously it is really confusing you and I don't blame you. Maybe next time you see her start a conversation with her and see how it goes. Maybe she is waiting for you to start talking to her. You say you like her so give it a shot and see how she responds. reader, anonymous, writes (4 July 2011): The best thing to do is to just ask what's going on. I wouldn't want someone staring at me with dirty looks and acting friendly the next second. So ask her what's going on and if she doesn't give you and upfront or good enough answer then just ignore her. If she dumped you there's no need for her to be acting this way for no reason.
