Really, I think a lot of people will say it just comes to you. However, there are a few things you musn't do - like, place too much pressure on her mouth, or ram your tongue down her throat. If you want to use your tongue, just use it in little 'flicks' with hers, and don't keep it down there the whole time. You are not trying to surgically remove her tonsils.
Be soft, and gentle, and she will probably lead the kiss as she is more experienced - so just go with what feels right, and keep a 'pattern'. Don't just rush straight in and kiss hard and passionately, start slow and then gradually get more passionate if you want to.

Girls dig slow kissers, just when your sitting there, just stare at her in the eyes and move your eyes to her lips and back to her eyes. (don't do it in a freakish serial killer stare) And slowly move towards her, and kiss her.
Kiss gentle don't kiss to fast, they really like it.
