We were always together saw each other everyday i used to spend a lot of nights in holidays and weekends at hers etc. We were only going out for about 4-5 months before i had to move, we also lost our virginity to each other. I told her that i would always come back to be with her and that i would never go with anyone else which i haven't.I've also spoke to her brother and one of our old best friends and they have told me that she hasnt been with anyone and has found it really hard to live without me. Anyway she was kinda shocked when she saw me, i knew she was there but she didn't know i was(i was at the place where she works but i don't work there) and we hit it off straight away. She says she hasnt been with anyone else becuase she never wanted anyone but me. I've seen her quite a few times since and the last 2 times when ive kissed her goodbye it wasnt just a normal peck on the cheek but wasn't a proper kiss. I'm going round hers tomorrow night for a drink so that we can do some proper catching up besides the fact i want to see her for a bit longer than 2 hours. She knows i would never pressure her into anything but she really seems to want the same as me especially from the way shes been acting.I really want to kiss her properly and maybe get closer to her but i just don't know when the right time would be and how to do it. please can you give me some tips i really wanna make this work thanks.

She obviously still feels the same way you do but going round to her house means you might not have privacy to talk and get closer. If you do manage to get some privacy and she still has feelings for you then there's no reason why you can't kiss her but leave it at that for now.
Take things slowly with her, get to know her again, catch up with what's been happening in both your lives and see where she wants this relationship to go. Take her out on a date, go for a nice meal and sit with a drink afterwards, that way you can talk for hours. If things go well that night then just take it from there.
