writes:theres a girl i met a few months ago. we both really liked each other and started meeting up and pulling eachother for a while. she was just broken up from her bf but she then went back to him. hes her first love and she was telling me she was finding it hard to get him completley out of her life even though he had cheated because he was her 1st etc. i could tell she still had feelings for him and because i had been in her situation i didnt make things awkward for her.she said that she really really liked me and that if all the crap with that guy wasnt going on then she would be going out with me. but she chose her ex which i knew was going to happen cos she had been with him so long etc... i could read the situation easily. i did feel tho if she had met me and him the same time i would be with her.anyway, she now, coincidentally, works with my best friends gf. and apparently, out of no where, she asked if i remember her. does this mean anything? she is still with that guy, but if i didnt like sum1 i wouldnt care if they remember me or not. any thoughts?

reader, anonymous, writes (8 October 2008): I have been in the exact same situation that you are.Friend today I am going to open your eyes.So she went back to him?Good riddance!!He was her first and she left you for him??Her loss.Now that she with her ex,she is not seeing him with her rose tinted glasses.She understands what a blunder she has made.she just wants to know if you remember her or not even after she has treated you like crap.A definite ego boost for her since her ex is definitely not treating her right or the way she wants to be treated or the way you treated her.I can bet on the above fact that I am right.You deserve someone better in your life.Forget her and move on.All the best!!
